About Us:

Established in 1913, Wentworth Falls Country Club is a premier golf course in the Blue Mountains and has proud history in the region.

The course will be undergoing a major course reconstruction next year of approximately 6 tees and greens in conjunction with an oncourse residential development and will need an experience greenkeeper to assist with parts of the development. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated experienced greenkeeper to be involved not only in course maintenance but also in construction and renovation works that will shape the next chapter of Wentworth Falls Country Club’s proud history.

The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Experienced greenkeeper to join our dedicated and close-knit team. Reporting to the Course Superintendent, you will help maintain and present the golf course and surrounding grounds to the highest standards expected by the club and be actively involved in the course redevelopment.

This is a full-time role (38 hours per week), primarily Monday to Friday, with regular weekend work and occasional overtime. Wentworth Falls Country Club offers above-award wages and pays penalty rates where applicable.

Position Requirements

• Qualified Greenkeeper
• Previous experience working on a golf course
• Skilled in operating machinery and tools
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate course staff in daily maintenance operations
• Assist with planning and implementing turf management programs
• Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
• Enjoy working outdoors in varying weather conditions
