We’re recruiting Field Service Technicians to service and maintain premium turf and commercial equipment used by Ground Maintenance Teams for a leading global supplier across golf courses, sports facilities, councils and commercial environments.

You’ll work across your region ensuring Ground Maintenance Teams have reliable, well-maintained machinery capable of meeting the demanding surface conditioning standards required in golf course and sports turf environments.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Servicing and repairing high-performance turf and ground maintenance equipment
- Diagnosing hydraulic, electrical, engine and mechanical issues
- Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and rebuilds
- Ensuring machinery operates at the precision required to meet golf course surface conditioning and presentation standards
- Working with Ground Maintenance Teams to keep mowing and turf equipment operating at optimum performance
- Interpreting schematics and technical bulletins
- Maintaining accurate service and repair records
- Your work directly supports the consistency, playability and presentation of golf courses and sports facilities.
You’ll be working directly with:
- Golf Course Superintendents and maintenance teams
- Other Sports Grounds Managers and maintenance teams
- Team members across workshop, parts and service operations
Ideal Background
Technicians with experience or understanding of:
- Turf, agricultural, horticultural or commercial equipment
- Diesel engines, small engines or hydraulics
- Electrical diagnostics
- Field service environments
- Customer-facing technical roles
- The precision and performance standards required for golf course conditioning, mowing and surface preparation
