ABOUT CROWNWOOD CLUB

Located in the southwest of Sweden, Crownwood Club is a collaborative venture, and passion project led by Henrik Stenson, Arild Karlsen, and Christian Lundin. 

Opening in Summer 2025, the Club embodies their shared vision and commitment to golf and will feature a private 18-hole Golf Course, a public 11-hole golf course, Clubhouse, Halfway House, Co Working space and state-of-the-art leisure facilities overlooking an expansive range and dedicated short-game areas.

WHAT WE OFFER

ROLE OVERVIEW AND REQUIREMENTS 

• Routine maintenance and presentation of all playing surfaces as directed by the Course Management team.
• Applicants will be required to use a wide range of modern greenkeeping equipment.
• Conversational level of English is favorable as we are a multi-national team.
• 40 hours per week, weekend work on a rota basis.
• Safe operation of all equipment and machinery.

DESIRABLE SKILLS 

• Obtained or working towards NVQ in Sports Turf Management (or equivalent qualification).
• Previous experience as part of a greenkeeping team.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when required.
• Familiar with a range of greenkeeping machinery and operations.
• Attention to detail and pro active in delivering high standards of course presentation.
