Running from Monday 23 to Thursday 26 June, the 2025 conference will include an extensive line-up of education, networking, workshops, seminars and machinery demonstrations, with over 1000 delegates from clubs and facilities throughout Australia forecasted to attend. To be held at the Sydney Showgrounds Convention Centre – home to Engie Stadium and Accor Stadium, along with the Olympic hockey, athletic, aquatic and tennis centres and Qudos Bank Arena (home of the Sydney Kings) – the Showgrounds is a hub of sport and recreation, located only 30 minutes from the Sydney CBD and 10 minutes from the Ryde/Parramatta centres.

The conference will focus on the knowledge required to meet the future needs of golf and sports turf management with sessions on leadership, sustainability, new practices, research and innovation. Conference topics will run concurrently with streams in leadership and management, golf courses and sportsfields, as well as combined workshops, panel sessions and networking events. Showcasing the latest in golf and sports turf related products, equipment and services, the trade exhibition will cover over 4500 square metres, with outdoor demonstrations to be featured as part of the conference activities.
